This original French balloon chandelier is a beautiful piece. The main body of the chandelier is made from strings of decending glass buttons. The brass frame is solid brass in a polished finish. The lower balloon swags feature cut glass coffin lids as well as glass buttons and join on to a lower decorative brass piece. The chandelier features internal lamps which are concealed and illuminate the chandelier from within. The chandelier comes supplied with braided flex, chain, a ceiling rose and a chandelier hook plate. Chandelier requires six BC lamps these are not included.
This chandelier has been fully restored and rewired here, in Stockport, near Manchester by our small team of experts and is now ready to be installed. We recommend that this balloon chandelier is installed by an electrician and into a joist or a supporting noggin. To clean the chandelier dust the frame and crystal components regularly with a soft cloth. The drops can then be wiped with a glass wipe or a cloth that has been sprayed with glass cleaner. A final wipe with a paper towel will give a polished finish.
