The Chandelier of Lost Earrings
Sagar and Campbell work in both the fields of contemporary visual art and architectural glass design: making sculpture, installation and interventions in gallery spaces and public settings. In 2014 they contacted Agapanthus Interiors to help them complete their latest project, The Chandelier of Lost Earrings.
They collected thousands of single earrings from women across Manchester to create a chandelier sculpture measuring 2.5m which was first exhibited in the courtyard of St Mary’s Hospital. We were proud to donate chandelier drops and wiring accoutrements as well as providing chandelier tips. The result is spectacular and is still touring the country.
