- A Marie Therese chandelier is a distinctive and elegant lighting fixture that originated in France during the 18th century. It is named after Marie Antoinette, the Queen of France, and reflects the opulence and sophistication of the Rococo style. The Marie Therese chandelier is characterised by its ornate and intricate design, featuring a lavish arrangement of crystal or glass elements.
This chandelier has been fully restored and rewired here, in Stockport, near Manchester by our small team of experts and is now ready to be installed. We recommend that this chandelier is installed by an electrician and into a joist or a supporting noggin. To clean the chandelier dust the components regularly with a soft cloth. The glass can then be wiped with a glass wipe or a cloth that has been sprayed with glass cleaner. A final wipe with a paper towel will give a polished finish.
