1940s Murano Glass Chandelier by Barovier & Toso

A decorative hand blown glass chandelier from Italy, made of Murano glass, attributed to Barovier & Toso. It features eight curved Venetian glass leaves that fall and curve elegantly around a beautiful lower glass bowl highlighted by three internal bulbs. This decorative piece is suspended on a glass-clad rod with four large leaves surrounding it. The piece is in excellent original vintage condition. The chandelier comes supplied with braided flex, chromed chain, a matching ceiling rose and a chandelier hook plate. Chandelier requires three E27 lamps. These are not included.
This chandelier has been fully restored and rewired here, in Stockport, near Manchester by our small team of experts and is now ready to be installed. We recommend that this Murano chandelier is installed by an electrician and into a joist or a supporting noggin. To clean the chandelier dust the frame and glass components regularly with a soft cloth. The glass can then be wiped with a glass wipe or a cloth that has been sprayed with glass cleaner. A final wipe with a paper towel will give a polished finish.
