French Glass Chandelier
SOLD
A four branch French glass chandelier dating from the 1930s. A beautifully proportioned chandelier with elegant details. The angle of the arms are unusual and are slightly elongated. There are four walking sticks with scrolling glass swirls in between each arm. The central stem has two glass pieces separated by brass cups. The brass cups are original to the chandelier which have developed a lovely patina. The chandelier has four B22 lamp holder fittings. It is supplied with a ceiling rose, chain, braided flex and chandelier hook plate.
This chandelier has been fully restored and rewired here, in Stockport, near Manchester by our small team of experts and is now ready to be installed. We recommend that this chandelier is installed by an electrician into a joist or a supporting noggin. To clean the French glass chandelier dust the brass components regularly with a soft cloth. The glass can then be wiped with a glass wipe or a cloth that has been sprayed with glass cleaner. A final wipe with a paper towel will give a polished finish.
