Electrified Candelabra
SOLD
This electrified candelabra incorporates both electric lamps and candle light. Dating from late 1800s England this chandelier was originally a candelabra only and was electrified in the first part of the 1900s. It now has three traditional candles and three inner lamps. It is dressed in crystal icicles, rounded glass drops reminiscent of water droplets and amethyst beads. In addition the top outer tier is embellished with intricate brass swags. The chandelier comes supplied with braided flex, chain, a ceiling rose and a chandelier hook plate. Chandelier requires three SBC lamps, these are not included.
This chandelier has been fully restored and rewired here, in Stockport, near Manchester by our small team of experts and is now ready to be installed. We recommend that this electrified candelabra is installed by an electrician and into a joist or a supporting noggin. To clean the chandelier dust the brass components regularly with a soft cloth. The crystal and glass drops can then be wiped with a glass wipe or a cloth that has been sprayed with glass cleaner. A final wipe with a paper towel will give a polished finish.
The chandelier is currently located at Phoenix on Golbourne Road, London.
